ALL HOURLY RATES FOR SEDANS & SUVS ARE 3 HOURS FOR LOCAL RESERVATIONS (8-MILE RADIUS) AND MINIMUM 4 HOURS OVER 10-MILE RADIUS. FOR SPRINTER VANS MINIMUM OF 3 HOURS FOR LOCAL REQUESTS (10-MILE RADIUS), AND 6 HOURS FOR REQUESTS EXCEEDING 10-MILE RADIUS. OUR BUS POLICIES ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE LISTED POLICIES. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY
- •All rates are plus tolls *
- •Hourly time (By the hour) starts from our station until return time to our base
- •Waiting times for Sedans are $23.75, for SUVs $27.50, 14 pax Sprinter Vans $32.50, 16 pax Sprinter Vans $37.50, 19 pax Sprinter Vans $45.00 for every 15 minutes.
- •Hourly rates are based on the hour(s) or mileage, whichever is greater*
- •Waiting time at the airport – domestic flights / 30 minutes free after arrival time & International flights / 45 minutes free after arrival time *
- •Parking charge at the airport is $12.00 for the first hour + plus
- •Meet and greet is available upon request
- •No shows are considered full charge.
- •All local cancellations (Sedan & SUV) 2-hour notice (local 10-mile radius)
- •All local cancellations (Sprinters) 6-hour notice (local 10-mile radius)
- •Sedan & SUV cancellations – 4-hour notice (exceeding 30-mile radius)
- •Mercedes Sprinter cancellations – 8-hour notice (exceeding 30-mile radius)
- •Modifications and changes may apply to transportation requests on the following days;
- •New year's day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve after 6:00pm

- •Clean-up fees: In order to perform safe and enjoyable transportation, our drivers maintain their vehicles clean at all times. Clients are held responsible and are assessed and charged according to the extent of any damages may occur to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by incidents such as regurgitation, food spills etc.

- •Cancellation policy-30 days or more before the event - The company has the right to hold and keep the deposit.
- •Cancellation policy-29 days or less before the trip will be charged in full.
- •No-shows will be charged in full.
